Our Summer 1 theme is 'Nature Detectives,' focusing on science - the life cycles of different animals, and geography - rivers and the water cycle. We will compare and contrast the reproduction of various animals and plants and classify living things based on specific characteristics.
In art we will use photographs of nature in and around the school grounds, alongside inspiration by Orla Kiely designs, to create ceramic mosaics.
Our class book is The Butterfly Lion by Michael Morpurgo.
Please continue to check this page regularly for important information about PE days, homework, spelling lists, curriculum coverage and useful links. It will also feature photographs and videos of our work and experiences.
