Welcome to the Year 3 class page
On this page, you will find regular updates about what we get up to across the curriculum, as well as important information and reminders. Weekly spellings will also be located here, in addition to links to websites and games that support learning across the curriculum.
The Year 3 teachers for 2025-26 are Mrs Northrop and Mrs Smith.
Mrs Northrop teaches Year 3 every Monday and Tuesday, while Mrs Smith teaches Year 3 every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Year 3 is also supported by Mrs Routledge, Miss Reynolds and Mrs Watts.

Please note - Fruit is not provided in KS2, all children will need to bring in their own small, healthy snack from home for break time.

Homework expectations
Please help us to support your child's learning at home by:
- Reading daily (Reading diaries should be in school each day)
- Times Tables Rock Stars/ Maths Shed (At least 3 times a week)
- Spelling Shed (At least 3 times a week)
- Optional topic-based learning log activities (Suggestions added below)
*Children are awarded Dojo's for any additional homework handed in*
